Pro Hockey Life

The air was bitter cold as I stepped tentatively on the treacherous, ice-covered sidewalk. I steadied myself in a clumsy, jerking motion. "I hope he appreciates this," I grumbled. I was shopping for the one gift he wanted and I needed to brave the blizzard in order to pick it up. Snow blinded me and I ducked my head as the heavy flakes pelted my winter hat. I opened the door to the old shop at the end of the street. I hadn't really noticed it before, but he had said what he wanted most was inside this dilapidated building. The bell on the door tinkled as I yanked it open. What I found inside was almost indescribable.

It looked like it was really small but all I could see for miles was hockey equipment, sticks, gloves and even a shooting gallery.

A little man walked up to me and said, "Welcome to Pro Hockey Life. how can I be of service today?"

I said, " Is this real?"

The man replied saying, "What do you mean young man?"

"This is a real store right?" I asked.

"Why yes it is sir," he said.

"This is awesome," I hollered.

"What can I pick out for you today?"

"A pair of One95 elbow pads," I said.

"Ahhhh excellent choice," he said.

As we walked over to the section I saw a stick that really popped out at me. It was the X:60 grip version.

I said, "If I buy one of this I will snipe the night away."

"I thought that would stand out to you," he said.

I grabed one and ran to the shooting gallery and started shooting.

"My accuracy is 99%," I shouted.

We started to walk to the elbow pads as fast as I could. Then as i picked them out I gust knew he would love his elbow pads and I would love the stick.
